The Qdos objective is to create a Group of highly successful recruitment companies, each of which is a market leader in its chosen niche sector.
All Qdos companies interact with each other, whether it be in client relationships and/or internal matters such as staff training, finance, technology or marketing.
The growth of the Group will continue to be organic, though acquisition opportunities will be considered if there is a strong commercial and cultural fit.
The Group will continue with its multi-brand strategy going forward and in the medium term plans to launch recruitment businesses to specialise in Executive Search and other niche recruitment sectors where Group synergies can be achieved.
